Here is a cool opportunity to learn a little science from McMaster University.
McMaster University has started a series called Ask a Scientist aimed at kids in k-12. The videos can be found here https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDcGT5_24eFYOxWeTUjZQOVEm-ns4ZJEG.
To further engage the kids they can email in a week in advance of upcoming videos and students can ask questions.

Just scroll down until you see the [Ask A Scientist] event and if you click on it the link will take you to the Zoom platform which is how we broadcast the talks.
The talks get updated every week so there is always time to submit questions. The next two talks are as follows:
