Using a ruler draw tall buildings with different line patterns (diagonal, horizontal, zig zag, wavy) on them using black and white.  You can use pencil first and the use a black pencil crayon.

Then draw circles with different colours in pencil crayon in the background.   And keep the pattern going until it blends into the background. 

Use bright colours for the background and make sure the whole page is coloured!

Using 3 different pattern blocks create a dollhouse floor using the cm paper located at the front.  Please colour in your doll house and make sure to cover the whole floor.  What do you notice about these polygons?  Use some of these shapes.

Using pastels draw different coloured buildings.  Then using white paint draw some snow falling from the sky, on the buildings and on the ground.

1.  Draw a cup in pencil.  

2. Think about what your favourite beverage is and draw that in a cup using a colourful pattern.  Make sure steam is coming from it! 

3.  Draw a saucer that is decorative.

4. Draw a line in the background of the cup that separates the table and wallpaper.  Draw a colourful pattern on the wall paper using pastels. Think horizontal, vertical and diagonal.  Do the same for the table

5. Remember to make sure your wallpaper and table have different colours and patterns.

6.  Colour in with pastels and be creative!

 Gryffindor: The house of the brave, loyal, courageous, adventurous, daring, and chivalrous. Those who stand up for others are typically Gryffindors. Brave-hearted is the most well-known Gryffindor characteristic, and Gryffindors are also known for having a lot of nerve.

Tell me about a time you had to be brave.  Come up with 5 times you were brave.

Ravenclaw: The house is known for their wisdom, intelligence, creativity, cleverness, and knowledge. Those who value brains over brawn can be found here. Ravenclaws often tend to be quite quirky as well. "Do what is wise" is the motto they strive to follow.

Hufflepuff: This house values hard work, dedication, fair play, patience, and loyalty. Hufflepuff's are known for being just and true. "Do what is nice" is their motto.

Hufflepuff is known as the “nice house" and believes strongly in sparing people's feelings and being kind. This is not to say that Hufflepuffs aren't smart or courageous. Hufflepuffs just enjoy making others happy and tend to be more patient toward people.

Slytherin: This is the house of the cunning, prideful, resourceful, ambitious, intelligent, and determined. Slytherin's love to be in charge and crave leadership. "Do what is necessary" is the motto of this house.

Slytherin is a fairly well-rounded house, similar to the other houses. They are loyal to those that are loyal to them just as Gryffindors are and are intelligent as Ravenclaws.
